1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KKOG Pharma website and application process, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally resident in South Africa to apply for a medical cannabis card through KKOG Pharma. Applications are subject to review and approval by a licensed doctor.
3. Application & Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to request additional information, refuse, or revoke a membership card at our discretion, including where information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
4. Fees & Payment
Application and renewal fees are payable via our third-party payment processor, Paystack, and are non-refundable once your application has been approved. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Membership Card & Delivery Program
Approved members receive a digital membership card, which must be presented and verified at the point of dispensing. Members enrolled in the monthly delivery program are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for selecting a bundle within each open weekly window; unselected weeks may be forfeited. Programs expire if not renewed within the period communicated to you.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, or attempt to circumvent our verification or security processes.
7. Limitation of Liability
KKOG Pharma is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
